As an Assistant Editor, Paulo works with online, finishing, color, editing, visual effects, motion graphics, and 3D. He is an enthusiastic and creative Assistant Editor and a technical Wizard. He is dedicated and detail-oriented with exceptional flexibility and resourcefulness. Paulo thrives in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment, working across multiple Thinkwell Media projects with ease on a any given day.
Jetpack Jenny — or “JPJ” to her closest friends — is a transformational leader, hula-hoop enthusiast, and unlicensed jetpack pilot.
Her story has become the stuff of legend: how as a baby, she loved eating big, squishy marshmallows. Perhaps more importantly: how her early passion for creative design led to an interest in making revolutionary gizmos. It was this last talent that would forever change the course of human history. Jenny is perhaps most famous for confronting her darkest inner fears and saving the Earth, when she built a radically new kind of jetpack, assembled a team of hyper-powered creatives (now known as Thinkwell Media,) and led them into battle to stop the terrifying Negatroid Invasion of April 2017. She holds a Ph.D. in deep-sea engineering and speaks 67 languages (including all 15 dialects of Swahili.) She is a five-time winner of the Bavarian Pretzel Guzzling Competition and frequently craves coffee ice cream. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys building small fusion reactors in her backyard and teaching zero-gravity Jujitsu.
Most recently Jenny and her team’s origin story has been chronicled in the most anticipated coloring book in the universe: RISE OF THE NEGATROIDS.
As Producer for Thinkwell Media, Jen writes, develops content, builds and maintains client relationships, plays with visual storytelling strategies, and supports the needs of various team projects. Jen feels most at home working on complex projects with ambitious goals. She has over twenty years’ experience producing short form news, long form docs, reality, food, and travel shows.
In her free time, she likes to think up names for T-Shirts, dream about ideal floor plans, and throw clay.
As a Production Coordinator at Thinkwell Media, Aaron supports producers in the day-to-day management of projects. He has a background in film production and live events having served in various roles on several short films and music videos, and managed partnerships and events for a major international film festival. He believes in aliens and is anxiously awaiting his next paranormal encounter..
As a Senior Producer, Jessica’s main focus is to keep projects on time and on budget while taking care of the team and maintaining a happy and productive work environment. Jessica specializes in project strategy, team cohesion, video post-production, and schedule and budget management. Jessica has over 14 years of project management experience across various industries.
Prior to working at Thinkwell, Jessica worked as a Producer and Project Manager for the Brand Agency at Scorpion Marketing and as the Production Operations Manager at One+K and Space150. Jessica is passionate about reading books, adopting dogs, and keeping things tidy.
As a Production Coordinator, Nick is responsible for supporting the Thinkwell Media producers in the day-to-day management of projects. Through leveraging his background in media development and production, Nick contributes to the team in a variety of ways such as assisting on pitch proposals to organizing production shoots.
Prior to Thinkwell Media, Nick has produced fundraising pieces for a non-profit, contributed to independent documentaries, and unearthed stories for an intellectual property broker.
As the Post-Production Coordinator, Liz greases the wheels of the Thinkwell Media machine, supporting not only the editorial team, but the entirety of the TWM staff. A day in the office for Liz frequently consists of managing the comings and goings of assets and deliverables but can range from recruiting a small army of digital designers to honing her editing skills on Adobe Premiere. No matter the task, administrative or creative, Liz brings her strong and determined work ethic, ensuring the quality and accuracy for which Thinkwell strives. While Liz is a gifted Post-Production Coordinator, she may be best known for her work as a first-rate voiceover artist, having lent her talents to Old Navy, Teledoc, Helluva Good!, and a variety of Thinkwell projects. Prior to her role in post-production, Liz worked in live production as a costume technician and choreographer for LA theater. Before joining the Thinkwell Media team, Liz had previously been a part of the Thinkwell family, running Thinkwell Group’s travel program, where she successfully orchestrated employee travel all around the world. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her spouse, Jesse, watching sci-fi and fantasy shows, and cuddling her two cats, Drogon and River Song.
Matt is a producer with extensive experience in both interactive and traditional media production. He’s also a brilliant writer and storyteller, who brings next-level ideas to every brainstorming session he’s in. Gifted with a hearty laugh and a contagious sense of fun, Matt is genuinely liked by colleagues and clients alike.
As Production Coordinator at Thinkwell Media, Debora is tasked with giving support to producers, editors, designers and freelancers in any way they need. She has a background in broadcast journalism and has pivoted to the entertainment industry over five years ago, working on anything and everything from specialty costumes to unscripted tv, from location-based entertainment media to opening titles for film and tv. She likes having jobs that are hard to explain to her friends and family.
As Producer, Cindy facilitates and maintains schedules, provides management assistance, risk assessment, and supports the needs of the project team. She has a can-do attitude and will jump in whenever necessary. Prior to working at Thinkwell Media, Cindy worked for over 20 years at Walt Disney Imagineering as a coordinator, scheduler/planner, post-production supervisor, and media producer. In her free time, Cindy loves to bake, read travel essays and cookbooks, and travel.
