Renée De Soto is the operational mastermind of Thinkwell Media. An executive blessed with ninja-like financial skills, she’s equally comfortable working with clients, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and architecting long-term strategic plans. Her driving work ethic and expertise at controlling costs, deploying resources, and streamlining complex systems has fueled the team’s success. Prior to Thinkwell Media, Renée was VP of Operations for space150/ONE+K where she oversaw agency operations in Burbank. Ultimately, she was responsible for ensuring that the agency operated efficiently and achieved business goals and objectives.
