Halloween Horror Nights – Ghoulish: A Halloween Tale

Mission

Building on the success of the Halloween Horror Nights editions of the Universal Orlando Lagoon shows, Thinkwell Media was approached to create an entirely original version for the 2022 edition.

Challenge

Unlike past years of the show, this year’s version did not include any IPs and needed to be created with all-new original animation.

Results

Thinkwell Media created a show based on the concept of a classic read-along book, which turns more sinister as the show progresses, to a bevy of never before heard remixes of Rihanna, Alice Cooper, The Weeknd, and more. The team produced over ten minutes of original content utilizing traditional hand-drawn animation, motion graphics, live-action footage, and 3D animation.
